Had a very hard time using this.
I don't know where the problem came in. I received the card quickly, and added it to my Groupon Account. But when I tried to make a purchase (over $100, so also involved using my credit card) it was repeatedly, immediately canceled. I tried calling Groupon a few times. After waiting on hold for several hours twice, I gave that up and used the email support. It required almost a week of back and forth before the problem was resolved and I was able to complete the purchase I wanted. Fortunately it wasn't something that was time limited. I can't say for sure that it was the gift card that was an issue, but I've never had a problem purchasing from Groupon using my credit card only. Not sure the hassle was worth the $10 savings overall.
