A: Yes the case I received was all scratched up and crusty ear wax left in the ear bud as well
A: Scratches and/or dents may be found on the item if this was already the state of the item when given back to Geek Squad due to technical issues. In my experience, the product was pretty clean and decent. But of course, I had to wipe and clean it myself just to be sure because I don’t know where it came from before me.
Q: Are these refurbished and certified buy apple?
A: They are Best Buy certified but they are still apple airpods
Q: do these come clean with its box and charger!?
A: Yes they do The box is not sealed like a new pair. Just taped up

Q: are these real apple airpods ?
A: I suppose they are. I bought 3 pair since there is a limit of only 1. It was a horrible experience. Bought the 2nd gen with wireless charging. Recieved only 2 that was correct but looked used and not clean and not factory reset. Other one was 1st gen sent in a 2nd gen box no wireless case, charging cable was broken and stained green. Had to go to store and resolve issue and pay the difference on new ones.. 1st and last time I will ever buy geek squad certified. Better of buying new.

A: No these are not the pros, just regular. The pros are about $100 more oh, I don't know why.
