[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really optimistic about this product when I received it but it was really easy to use. The pigment is wonderful and definitely has staying power. The cat eye wing really helped get the perfect cat eye but I really didn't need it because the tip of the liner is very good for making the perfect line. I would definitely recommend this product.

Absolutely LOVE this eyeliner, its my first time trying it after using the gel eyeliner for 7 years and I have small eyes so it would always rub under my bottom lashes by the end of the day id be looking crazy with black spots under my eyes. But not this one!! it stays on, doesn't rub off easily and my eyes stay looking nice throughout the whole day! 😁

One of my favorite must have liquid liners. Trying to find others like it because it is very well done. I wish L'Oreal would do the winged stamp on end because as I have gotten older an dealing with my health I am starting to have trouble holding the stencil. Over all one of my very limited love of black eyeliner because it stays an doesn't break off after even wearing it more then 24hrs as long as you do not mess with your eyes.

I just found my new favorite eyeliner.  I ended up purchasing this based on the reviews and price and it has literally become my new favorite eyeliner.  Great staying power, easy application and priced low for how wonderful this eyeliner is. This will be my new go to.

This eyeliner is primo! I did a search on "best liquid eyeliner in 2021" and this came up as number one. The pigment is on point. I tested it on my hand 2 days ago. Through 3 showers and several hand washes it is still there! It's a little faded, but hey I don't really plan on wearing the same eyeliner for 2 days. I'm definitely going to have to take it off with makeup remover! Highly recommended!

Pretty nice, Im a beginner and application is easy! But its sooooo hard to take off, geez. Waterproof but why do strong. My eyes HURT by the time I finally get it off.

I love this eyeliner. They will give you a smooth finish line and easy to control the pen but the problem is the liquid is coming out through the brush the amount is too much like it as water drop. That’s waste a liquid and i have to clean it or be careful to not let it touch my eyelash when i draw my eyeliner. hopefully they will fix it

This eyeliner bleeds everywhere when applying. And after going outside into humidity, it doesn't stay in place. It bled so much that my eyelid was getting stuck in the crease. Genuinely the worst eyeliner I've ever purchased.

My second time buying this eyeliner and both time they leak from the tip. It gets eyeliner everywhere and makes it harder to get the wing look.

Don't waste your money.
