Old but clean, unsure about security
Stopped in for an overnight on a road trip, just me, F, and my teen, M. Room was clean and breakfast was good but the hotel is old and dingy, the pool is out of service. There is no elevator but we preferred to do stairs so we could have a second floor room since first floor is just patio doors, on a main stretch of road. Doors and locks also seemed flimsy- My son and I did not feel safe and were glad to leave.

Okay not worth the price
The customer service was great but I was extremely disappointed in the state of the hotel. I paid $150 for one night and it was definitely not worth that. It’s an old building so that is one main reason but there are minor repairs that need to be done and the furniture is old and scuffed, it was not pleasant to look at and I felt uncomfortable with the whole stay I’m thankful it was only one night. Renovations definitely need to be done and furniture needs to be replaced it has a very “rundown” vibe to it.

Good place to crash at night.
Pros: Sheets were clean, bed and pillow comfortable. Wifi had decent speed. Cons: Heating unit was loud, it was hard to sleep uninterrupted. Wall paper in bathroom was peeling. We had DND on till noon and then took it off when we left. When we returned around midnight, the room was not made. When we called the front desk, he said you had DND on for whole day, so no one made the room. Breakfast area is small and it was busy on Sunday morning.

The state was OK Requested for some coffee in the front desk. Said the coffee was made every hour when I went to get the coffee. The coffee was cold and it didn’t look like it was freshly made coffee. I was leaving early so I’ had to stop somewhere else to get coffee

12/23/24 I returned to my room after breakfast to find a staff member inside, having unlocked the door himself. My belongings were still in the room, and when I asked him what he was doing, he claimed he was "making notes for housekeeping." I immediately reported it to the receptionist, but no manager was available. They offered a "late check-out" as compensation, but I’m more concerned about the safety of my family than a freebie. Additionally, there was expired yogurt at breakfast, and the pool was closed without prior notice. I recommend avoiding this hotel until management addresses these issues. It is unsafe
