UPDATE:

We are now doing quarterly boxes instead of a monthly box! (More info here) The deadline to subscribe will still be the 25th of the previous month. So for example to get the Spring box you'll need to subscribe by February 25th, to get the summer box you'll need to subscibe by May 25th, etc. (These dates you are guaranteed to get the box, you can still subscribe after these dates, but there's a chance we may run out.)

Inside you’ll find paper crafting supplies hand-picked just for you by our ACOT team. Different brands and mediums are featured, giving you a wide variety of products to try. For example, a box may include 12"x 12" patterned paper, embellishments, adhesives, mixed media, and more. It will be a surprise you'll love! Be sure to follow our Facebook and Instagram to see sneak peeks throughout the month. Get a look at what has been in past boxes here.

THE DETAILS:

Delivery
We ship the last week of February, May, August, and November, so expect to be pleasantly surprised with The Cherry Box delivered to your doorstep during the first week of the following month. Quantities are limited, so please sign up on or before the 25th of the next shipping month to ensure you receive that quarter's box. If you enroll after the 25th, you may have the option to receive the previous quarter's box (if still available), but your first guaranteed shipment begins the following quarter.
 

Payment
You will be billed for your first box when you subscribe, and then continually billed every 3 months thereafter. You can pause or change your subscription, update payment information, or cancel at any time through your account settings. 
 

Shipping Policy
Free shipping is included in the price shown for domestic orders. We generally ship with USPS Ground Advantage, which has 2-5 day delivery times in the US. International orders will receive a $10 credit toward the actual shipping cost, which will be charged at the time of purchase or renewal. If you're in the Saginaw, MI area, you can also select free local pickup for your box and pick it up from our warehouse when it's ready. Picking up your box locally will give you a $10 shipping discount.
 

Return Policy
All subscription Cherry Box sales are final. We take the utmost care in ensuring the integrity of our products during shipping, but if any item in your box arrives damaged please notify us within 7 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions.
 

Cancellation Policy 
You may cancel at any time, online, in your account settings. Cancellation requests must be received prior to the 25th of the next shipping month to take effect for that month's shipment. If you previously subscribed to a multi-month subscription and have leftover subscription credits on your account, you can receive a full refund for any Cherry Boxes not yet shipped if desired. Subscription credits from the original Cherry Box transfer over to the quarterly Cherry Box 1:1 and there's no need to do anything if you wish to continue receiving the Cherry Box.
