First off, I hated this pillow. It is uncomfortable to me as I have always used pillows that are very flat and not supportive. This one is very firm… however it has GREATLY decreased my migraines. It was recommended to me by my chiropractor and even though this pillow is uncomfortable to me and I miss my old pillows… I will never go back. It works. It helps. If you have chronic migraines that start in the back of your neck and you often wake up with… BUY THIS PILLOW. and even if you hate it… use it anyways.

I'm so grateful I found this special pillow. I just had surgery fusing 3 cervical discs 3 wks ago. I was afraid I was going to hurt myself with a regular pillow.  This pillow feels amazing on my neck!! it's comfortable and is  helping me deal with my neck pressure issue.!! love it

Love it!!!

My Dr. has suggested I have Cervical Radiculopathy. My pain was in upper back and was extending towards my left shoulder. I also had stiffness in my left upper back and left side of the neck. I was also suffering from lower back pain so I was using a lot of pillows here and there and was working on my sleep posture as well.
I was not very optimistic when I've ordered this and it arrived in a beautiful box. It is a high quality item not at all cheap.
When I started using it, I hated it as I felt the pain increased and it was difficult to sleep with it. As per the instructions I've received with the pillow I kept using it till it broke in within a week and since then I am using this pillow for every single day. 
It helps a lot with my upper back pain and infect I wake up with no pain and during the day due to my other muscular issue the pain does come back but that's another story.  (this pillow didn't help with my lower back pain off-course for which I use a pillow under my knees and it helps)
I use to wake up with pain but now I wake up pain free and I sleep comfortably rest of the night. I do not wake up with pain or stiffness like I used to. 
I am so glad I have ordered it instead of ordering one from Amazon which was in my wish list.

its perfect - like a queen sized pillow. I am a female 5.5 inch height and normal build. It suits me perfectly.

After 2 months I am still in love with this pillow

This pillow is a lifesaver! I have chronic intermittent problems with arm numbness and nerve pain. When I have a flair up I wake up in pain in the middle of the night. This pillow puts my neck in proper alignment and relieves my symptoms. I can sleep through the night again! If you have neck issues or arm/nerve issues, DEFINITELY give this pillow a try! I think you won't be disappointed. I cannot live without it!

ESSENTIAL!

I have had 2 of the petite size pillows of this style and swear by them for managing chronic neck pain.  When my husband began having neck issues and tried a variety of pillows to ease the pain, I recommended this style.  I found this one at a reasonable price and liked that it was not as firm as mine.  He has been using this pillow for 2 weeks and says it has minimized his neck pain.  He would not switch back to a regular pillow . . . so a unanimous family recommendation!

This is the third D-Core I've purchased over the past 15 years. I don't wake up with a stiff neck or bones crunching. The first time I tried it I thought "I'm never going to be able to sleep on this". The next thing I knew it was morning and it was the best I felt in ages. Now I wouldn't be without it.

Perfect support for the neck

My physical therapist recommended this pillow as I was being treated for shoulder and neck pain (using it is part of several adjustments I'm making for better posture). Before, I was a regular fill pillow and bunching it up to support my head for side sleeping, then smoothing it out when I switched to back-sleeping in the middle of the night, then punching it up again for more side sleeping, etc.  It was getting very uncomfortable and  I was waking each morning with soreness. After using the D-Core for three weeks, I can already tell a big difference.  My head feels very supported, so my neck is more relaxed when I'm lying down.  No more soreness!  It has taken me some time to get used to the firmness and shape, but now I can't imagine sleeping with anything else.  I've heard I'll need to switch it out every year or so, as the interior material begins to break down and soften, which is a bummer.  Otherwise, it's great and I highly recommend it for better sleeping and body alignment.

Great for alignment

I have no curvature in my neck so I often wake up with a stiff neck and headache if I don't use a good pillow. I recently strained my neck and was miserable and knew my regular pillow wasn't helping. I ordered this and felt noticeably better the very first day after using it. I was concerned about the quality because good cervical pillows I've had in the past are much more expensive, but this one is pretty good. If it wears out a little faster replacing it at this price point isn't an issue

Really helped my neck pain

This came in plastic bag . One side has black marks on it , like it was dragged on a filthy floor ! 
VERY DISAPPOINTED ......as its not returnable ! It almost seems used ....
