I do not recommend the hotel due to numerous numbers of reasons... it is definitely not a price/performance option and the neighbourhood is too noisy. Location-wise, it can be in the heart of the city yet ambient noise and the lack of enough insulation make the stay even more uncomfortable and unpleasant.

The hotel has a perfect location. you need to pay for the car park. Breakfast is ok but the hall is too small. Casino is nice, they give a about 20 or 30 Leva promo per day.

Great location, rooms are very good and good equipped. Hotel was under construction when being there. The most upset here was the front staff- very unfriendly older women at the reception, rude and unfriendly at all. Reception personal bad at all, while the ladies responsible for room make up were very warm and friendly. Breakfast room far to small for so many people in the morning, breakfast at all was average. Dear Hotel, you are a good Hotel but currently falling with your frontcstaff!!!

The best things about the stay were the breakfast on the top floor with a panoramic view, and the convenience of the hotel located in the city centre and close to restaurants and the beach. However, we had a tricky experience with our room door which was stuck had to be bumped open rather hard every time we open. That was rather annoying and the staff didn't believe us at first, and helped rather reluctantly. Otherwise it was a pleasant and comfy stay.
