This goal is so cool. It was only minutes to assemble. The colors look really good. The goal will last for years and I would recommend this one highly. I couldn't believe how great it is for such a low cost. Buy it with no hesitation. It's more than worth it. fun for adults, too

This basketball hoop is just what we wanted. Our grandsons age 2 and 4 love it.  They love shooting and so far have used a small ball, a regulation ball and a kick ball . They are really enjoying it.

My kids think the backboard looks like a "real" one.
I love that my 7 year old can be challenged when it is at it's top height and my 2 year old can play at the lowest height.
It seems like it will stay in good shape for a good while (however, we have not yet tried to use a fuller size basketball with this. I'm not sure doing so would be recommended, but we also don't have sand or water in the base either.

Sturdy, looks good, and wide range of adjustments

My 3 year old son absolutely loves to play basketball. He woke up to this hoop already set up on Christmas Day, and ecstatic! This is a great buy and I would 100% recommend this product for any child who loves basketball. It is HUGE and very durable.

Great Hoop!

Well made portable basketball hoop for preschool and school aged children. Easy assembly and easy to take in/out of garage. It comes with a ball that isn't the best quality, so we ordered separate junior sized basketballs. Most importantly, the kids love playing with their new basketball hoop. I would definitely purchase again.

this is a great basketball hoop. its easy to use and fun to play with. it is also easy to put together.the ball was smaller then we expected but I would still recommend this.

This is a birthday present for a grandson and he has not seen it yet however when I took it out of the box for review I was a little disappointed for the price. The "medium" basketball is very small and is more the size of a large grapefruit. It appears to be pretty cheap plastic (rim included) but hopefully when it is filled with sand it will be sturdy enough to play with. If not, back it goes.

Do not buy

I was shocked when I opened the box and saw the (so called) basketball was not much larger than a grapefruit. It's definately not what I expected to see. The ball should be called baby size. Shipped back to store. Overpriced for what it is.

not what I expected

i bought this for my kids birthday and the rim falls down after every shot. i use a small nerf basketball because it is more realistic than the light balloon like ball that comes with it. the rimm doesnt even sit at a 90 degree angle.  i should have known not to buy a breakaway rim. this would have been absolutely perfect if the rim wasnt breakaway.  I bought the smaller tikes basketbal hoop with the yellow pole which has worked just fine for like 4 years.  why overcomplicate things with a worthless rim?  i just dont get it. if you want to have to lift the rim up after every time you shoot the ball and it hits the rim then this is for you.  by this time next month the rim wont be able to stay up at all at this rate.  highly disappointed for my kids birthday.  i will still buy from tike but just dont get anything that says breakaway rim. i tried to upload a video but they do not have a mp4 option only a video that is already linked from another site.
