The roller itself is poor quality
The Lapis face roller feels poorly made - one end came off when it was just in the bag - I can push it back on but it's not ideal. The rollers themselves squeak very loudly when using which is not relaxing at all, and they are quite loosely fitted so you can't get a nice pressure. I've tried a few rollers and the revolution rollers are by far the best at a mere fraction of the price. Save your money. The face mask and oil are nice but not game changers but they do feel good quality - I'm also really impressed with their ingredients so I won't give up on this brand yet.
