Stylish Warmth for the Slopes

I LOVE this jacket!! 100% worth the money. I barely even have to use the heating element because the jacket itself is so warm. Heater works great and fast! Hardest part is cleaning. If you wash it in a laundry bag as it suggests, it takes forever for the jacket to air dry due to thickness of the jacket. Next time, I'm not using the laundry bag. Still yet, I wouldn't trade this jacket!

You NEED one!!!

got this for my wife for an early Christmas gift. she loves it! she works in cold but some times extreme cold and she said this has been a life safer. she said she doesnt know how she ever worked without it! she also lo es the look. says its nice and can wear it any time bc it looks so nice. now to find gloves...

keeping things warm

Absolutely love this coat. Keeps the heat, battery last a long time, three different settings, and it does not weigh you down like most heated jackets. Extremely light. With no heat loss, you cannot feel the heat on the outside of the jacket. Love the detachable hood.

Amazing

Bought as a Christmas gift and she loves it! She hates the cold and this jacket is just the thing she needed to get through the walk to the vehicle and keeps her warm until her car warms up, lol. She's talking about getting a vest for both of us. The battery lasted 18 days before needing recharged.

Would love more if it had heat in the front and back. Not just on the back of the jacket. However jacket is warm most days without having to turn the heat on

Not sure if I got a bad one but I could only feel the heat when I first turned it on and it was warming up. Then after that, only slightly on my back on the high setting while sitting against a chair. I tried on three different occasions and now the battery won't charge. I'm sending it back.

Didn't really warm.

The jacket material is thin, it did not seem to be windproof.  I was under the impression the jacket itself was warmer and I'd be able to only wear this jacket and keep warm, but for me it seems like a good under layer to another jacket, but that is not what I was looking for.  Also, the product page states I can return to the store, but that is a bald faced lie. I have to print a label, get a box, seal it up and bring to a Fedex location to send it back.  I bought the jacket on Walmart.com specifically because I saw that I could return to the store if it didn't fit.  I am ticked off that the product page states 'store return' but I am not able to return to the store.  I do not recommend the jacket and especially don't recommend purchasing on Walmart.com.

Very thin jacket, can't return to the store

SainStore has been terrible.  I ordered a jacket for my wife on the 13th of Dec. I was told it would be delivered before the holidays.  The jacket arrived on the 5th of Jan, which is no big deal, I understand delays, but they sent the wrong size.  I have been fighting with them since.  Refunded, then card charged again, been a hassle that I could do without and still not resolved as of the 15th of Jan.

Disappointing at best.

The promised battery was not with the coat—-it fit well and looked good, but when I searched for the battery to charge it up I could not find it.  I have it packed and ready for return unfortunately.  I plan to look for one to buy in person to ensure all parts are available.
