I received this SPRI Home Gym Kit to add to our workout equipment collection. This kit included push-up bars, a jump rope, an ab wheel, and a resistance band. These are all nice things to have on hand when working out. The quality overall is nice. The kit included some work out posters and instructions. These pieces are awesome equipment that are nice to have on hand when doing freestyle work out or when following along to a routine. My entire family has been using these items and are all enjoying having them. Overall, I would recommend this palm gym kit to others.

Great equipment for a home workout

Each of the items do the job as described if you are interested in staying active at home. Great way to get a workout when covid keeps you from the gym! Sturdy items and definitely worth thr cost as the kit itself isn't expensive. My daughter and I have been using the kit and while she is much more able to get down and use the ab wheel, the resistance tube and jump rope are good for me to get some exercise in. I would recommend it.

SPRI Home Gym 

My home gym kit arrived this week and I am very pleased with its contents. The kit includes an ab wheel, a jump rope, push up bars, and a resistance tube. There are four different exercise guides included for each piece of equipment. They show you how to exercise efficiently with each piece of equipment. This kit is a great addition to my home gym. This kit is great for all levels of exercise from beginner to expert.

Great addition to my home gym!

The SPRI Home Gym Kit is a total gym program for beginners as well as experienced gym-goers. It has four pieces of equipment: a jump rope, an ab wheel, push-up bars and a resistance tube. The segmented jump rope is great for cardio; it truly gets your heart pumping. The ab wheel targets your core and, to me, it takes super strength if you use it correctly. The push-up bars work on upper body strength and these are very difficult for me to use. Finally, the resistance tube is great for biceps and triceps, serving the same purpose as barbells or weights. My son and husband have used all this equipment and they both feel the equipment allows them to perform all the exercises they previously did at the gym before the pandemic. Everything is portable, and it would be so convenient taking this along on vacation. This equipment comes with life-like photo demonstrations and instructions.

Full body work out

These work great! Take into account that you have to assemble some of these. Also, I'm a little on the light weight area so the equipment holds my weight. I don't know how the ab wheel would do with someone over 200 lbs. To me the items that come in the box are worth the money.

Good quality for the price.

Home gym is something I always wanted this kit has everything you need to stay fit or just burn some calories. fficiently perform exercises at home. Featuring an ab wheel to build core strength, a segmented jump rope for cardio, push-up bars for building upper body strength, and a resistance tube to work arms, chest, back and shoulders. Exercise guide included. Youtube works best for beginners. This set is also beginner friendly easy to put everything together and storage. Definitely a must have!

A must have

Lol, trying to jump rope at the age of 49, had me sweating and my kids laughing. Actually had to reacquaint myself with what should have been “basic” skills. The resistance bands were no joke. The tool to help with push ups were a pain. But the more I do the equipment based exercises, the better I get. This is a quality product, that is easy to store and/pack. Great all body workout with strength/cardio and resistance training.

Arrived in 2 days. Everything looks perfect. Time to work put that body for summer.

Excellent order Satisfaction

Not high quality, but did not expect it at such a good price.  All items work and have held up after a few uses.  A good starter set for the casual user.

Good startup package but not high quality

The SPRI home gym kit is great for light work outs or to get your heart rate up before a more intense one. I wouldn't say it is a full work out replacement but has some great things to help get you going. 

Included in the box is a jump rope, ab roller, push up bars, resistance bands and a booklet of exercises on how to use each. The quality is consistent through out each made of strong plastic and comfortable rubber grips. The push up bars and ab roller needs to be assembled which took less than a minute and feel sturdy. The push up bars are great and do not slip at all on either tile or hardwood. The only knock on quality of the kit would be the handles on the resistance bands. The handle is plastic held to the band by a nylon piece, which I wish the entire handle was plastic. I dont feel like it will break easily but would have been nice if it was one solid piece. 

Overall I think this is a great home kit to get you started on the road to being healthier. I would recommend this for anybody new to exercise or are looking to bolster their existing workouts.
