ont Smoke & Cure Minis Original Cracked Pepper Beef & Pork Sticks - 6 CT were extremely tasty. Unfortunately, they were gone within minutes of opening the package. With 3 kids and them being small yeah, it had no chance of lasting long. I do like that they were all individually wrapped, would be a great snack to throw into lunchboxes for school. I liked the taste of the sticks. They weren't hot spicy but still had some kind of sweet spice flavoring to them. Definitely tasted the cracked pepper which went well with the pork and beef flavoring. Love that there are no extra hormones added. Even though they are small still had to take a few bites and sounded almost like a snap when biting into them which made them seem fresh. I'd think that would have to do with them being individually wrapped which again is great. I definitely buy them again, hopefully they come in a bigger bag!!!

Very Tasty

Im getting over the flu so my 26 year old granddaughter has been with me. She's been eating these and loves them.
My taste buds are off, but I ate one last night and the flavor is delicious. No swelling of the body from too much sodium. Low in sodium, calories, cholesterol. I recommend these meat sticks ad a great snack.

Tasty, not salty...

I enjoyed these mini sized pepper sticks. They have a mild flavor, with just the right amount of spices, and a little sweetness. I really like the pepper kick. They are tiny so you can slip them in lunchboxes and use them as snacks for lunch. They come in a plastic pouch, but are also individually wrapped inside. Has a bit of mustard seed in them, along with cherry juice (go figure) which makes them both spicy and sweet. Great combination. These will be great with cheese and crackers. Only 40 calories each.

Mild, Peppery Taste

Vermont Smoke & Cure Minis Original Cracked Pepper Beef and Pork Sticks, 6ct, I have brought before the large box of the larger size. It's so good not hard and not too soft. The flavor is very good. They are individually seal one in a pack so it is always fresh. Does not require refrigeration. They are great by themselves or add to a meal. Sometimes I cut one up and add to cook spinach. Great with eggs for a morning meal or just alone. Throw one or two in my handbag if I will be out all day. This comes in other flavors. I have tried the other flavors, do not like any of the other flavors. This is my favorite and the only one I buy.

Great Beef and Pork Sticks

These are yummy little sausage snacks that are individually wrapped and packed six to a bag. I got the original flavor. They are delicious.

Some people may find them too spicy, but I really doubt it. They are not very big, but they are satisfying without getting stuck between your teeth like jerky.

Yummy Treats

Because I have long enjoyed this type of snack I took the opportunity to acquire both the full size and these minis. I ate one every morning with my breakfast fruit and coffee as a protein add in. I loved the taste and thought I had found a winner. Unfortunately they upset my stomach. I am 70 years old and fit and healthy for my age, but this didn't work for me. My younger son-in-law had no problem with them at all. Made me jealous but such is life.

Great little meat snack

Vermont Smoked and cured meat sticks Minis are a great snack any time, These are the same flavor as the one oz. size but less than one half oz. Their size is perfect to fit in your pocket or purse. These are the original beef and pork sticks in a smaller size. 
These are great for the kids after school snack or a little pick me up in school.Dad takes them with him while hunting fishing or out on the golf course. Mom like to keep a few in her purse. These are just the think to keep in you car for an emergency like a snow storm or break down.
The mime Vermont meet snacks are made without antibiotics and no hormones are added. They are also gluten free.
Over the years we have tried other brands. The Vermont smoked and cured stick are as good as it gets and i would recommend them to anyone.

A great little snakes

These state they are made of both beef and pork but aren't greasier than any of the other beef stick products I've tried before. These aren't tough but they still have the firmer textured casing which I like. The flavor s very good and full of smokey goodness. I was also surprised at how moist these were. If you want to bump up your protein like a lot of folks are doing a little sausage like this won't carry as much fat as the larger ones and you can grab an apple plus a sausage in a pinch when you are in a hurry. I'd buy these again.

This is my second time trying the Vermont Smoke & Cure brand minis meat sticks. While I absolutely love the other Pepperoni favor of this snack, this original beef & pork flavor tasted good to me, but somehow lacked in the bold flavor I was hoping for. With that said these easy open individually wrapped Vermont Smoke & Cure Minis Original Beef & Pork Sticks are freshness sealed & made for on the go! The texture and firmness with this flavor was notably appealing without being too soft or chewy. Good source of quality PROTEIN, (6g per .5 oz serving) and conveniently sized (in a 6 sticks/ zip-lock pouch!) They're an excellent source to get that extra needed energy for in between meals! Overall, the taste is good and this snack is Gluten-Free! High Protein Energy Snack!

I think my biggest complaint about these snacks is that they're really small. The description said that they're "minis" but they're even smaller than I imagined. These might make good snacks for a kids' lunches, but as an adult I need a more substantial snack. The flavor was good (smokey and peppery) and they didn't leave an aftertaste in my mouth or cause bad breath like some other sticks. I just really wanted a bigger serving!

Very small sticks

Not for the health conscience! Quite salty and greasy. Same thing you can find at the local mini-mart only individually wrapped. And if you send it with the kids, include a pair of scissors for them to open the package.
I really can't say anything was good or exceptional or quality, just not impressed.
