This machine has changed my life! Literally so helpful I don't have to sweep at all. It cleans thoroughly on hard wood floors and carpet. Goes around the edges doesn't skip around. It maps out your house and does the same everytime. When its done it dispenses on its own. For the most part it finishes the whole bottom of the home in one run before running out of battery. It will then go back to its docking station to recharge.

It can be a little noisy so I use it during the day rather at night.

Overall I am in beyond happy with it! If your thinking about getting it but don't know because of the price, let me tell you its so worth it!

If you have never had a Kyvol Cybovac S31 before and you're on the fence, here is why it is the most phenomenal time-saver you can buy:
Unlike a housekeeper, Kyvol Cybovac S31 is in your home ever day and can vacuum daily, or twice daily if you have a messy-eating toddler like me!
This is the best version of Kyvol Cybovac S31 (see list above) and means you spend even less time dealing with vacuuming because you will only have to worry about emptying the base every week or so.
Regardless, the Kyvol Cybovac S31 robot vacuum works perfectly - I'm amazed at how much dirt it keeps finding. We raised our couches so that it can go underneath; it's a bit taller due to the laser eye thing. The dustbin is easy to remove and empty. The mapping is great - very impressed with that.
Kyvol Cybovac S31 can go under anything that is about 3-4 inches off the ground, which typically means she can get under the edge of kitchen/bathroom cabinets towards the toekick. She will even go up under furniture that has fabric skirts hanging down to "hide" the underneath.
Though I thought the app feature was kind of dumb at first, I have really grown to love it. The map is super cool, so even if you are gone while Kyvol Cybovac S31 is running, you can still see what she cleaned. The app will also update you when she docks, empties, or gets stuck. You can use the app to start/stop her.
Kyvol Cybovac S31 can clean any type of flooring. In my home, we have tile, hardwood, and low and high pile rugs. Kyvol Cybovac S31 does it all with seamless transition. There is one transition in my home from hardwood to tile that I was worried about, but she goes right over without issue.
If Kyvol Cybovac S31 is running upstairs, she has a sensor that will keep her from tumbling down the stairs.
This Kyvol Cybovac S31 can clean a lot longer on a full battery charge. Mine will run for about an hour and half on a full charge and that is enough time to go over the first floor of my house (about 3500 sf) one time, completely.

A product worth the price

I love the convience of the product but honestly I have multiple dogs and this stuff can get hairy. I have owned almost a year and definitely wouldn't buy again all the sudden bc of dog hair I'm sure trapped the self cleaning mode has stopped working, constantly needing to be babysat to ensure it is working properly, map doesn't always go where it should, I bought this to make my life easier and to be honest it only made it harder and now J am back to sweeping and mopping when I could have just bought a cheaper option. Not the best for pet owners.

Not for pet owners or those looking for an easier

Great Product!! I love it and I buy the second one for my mom and she loves it to. Vacuum perfectly and the mopping finishes your floors feeling impeccable.

We were reading many reviews for different robot vacuums, and this model won. it has empty bin, it's small in height, it can mop in decent quality.

works really great!

I had a little trouble at first, It wouldn't connect to my internet but then I got it and then the mapping got messed up so I just had to remap my place.  I have two animals and it collects fur on the brush almost have to clean it after every time it's runs and it doesn't  suck up all the litter into the vacuum bag. I haven't tried the mopping yet. Other than that product works great.

It doesn't really mop and once it goes to a corner it gets stuck there and won't turn around to keep on cleaning.

waited for vacum to come as it arrived late. opened it up to find it is used and dirty. the vacum and stand are both dusty and dirty with hair still in the track. absolutely disgusted that the seller sent me this after i paid for a new vacum.

I have a Rumba and thought I would try the Kyvol.  From the very first day I was disappointed.  The vacuum is very confusing and it does not have the power of the rumba. I called customer service but did not hear back.  I packed it up on day 3 and returned it.  I ended up purchasing a Shark robot and I am very happy.

seemed ok- but wont stay on wifi HAS NEVER self emptied although it was going to the base and making loud noise as if it is emptying the vacuum-- but the base remains empty and have to manually pull the dirt out of it and the hair wraps around the beater bar/ spinner and then have to wedge it apart to pull the hair off of it loosening the two side orange pieces that enable it to spin and stay steady --- they are hard to reposition and avoid getting lost while messing with something you shouldn't have to when getting a self emptying robo vac--- complete lie! Waste of money and time... not good for pet hair at all!!
