This Scruffalove was shipped in a plastic bag. The items box is thin cardboard and was crushed in several places.  On top of that it was printed in Russian! A little hard for an 8 year old to follow instructions.

Poor shipping packaging, foreign language descript

There were problems with shipping and the box arrived squished and torn. When we opened it the products were of cheap quality for the $40 we spent, reminds us of a claw machine prize toy. No matter how much we brush it out it still looks pathetic.

Cheap product, don't waste your money.

Absolutely terrible piece of garbage. The eyes and nose were stitched on crooked and the seller refused a full refund.  Not worth a dollar. Highly disappointing!

Worst purchase ever! Dont waste your money.

First off, the whole box was damaged and its missing stuff. Second of all, its in Japanese!! Took a while to get delivered after it shipped like a week and a half.

ZERO stars was not an option. It was not stated in the description it was coming from China. Took over a month to come in and it was a knock off. I just keep laughing at how ugly it is. The left is what it was supposed to be and right is what we got.

NOT A SCRUFF A LUV

I posted this review several days ago, has not been posted so I'll try again..  Like the review posted by "Crystol", the one we received was mailed in a cheap plastic, smashed with pieces falling out.  Like her pictures, the packaging was a foreign language so real or a knock-off??

Don't Buy!

I am so disappointed with this purchase!! First of all the language on the box is not even English, the Scruff-a-Luv box itself arrived squished, RIPPED open, and dented. I'd be mad even if I had only spent like 10 bucks, but for $29 this is unacceptable.  It wasn't even packaged in a box, it arrived wrapped in some flimsy plastic without any padding. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and I would be embarrassed to give her this.

Package arrived in terrible condition. It was not protected at all, all sides were open and/or broken and the small plastic accessories spilled out of the box. This was a surprise gift for my daughter and theres no way I can give it to her like this.

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my daughter. I received it in the mail yesterday. When I opened the package it looked as though someone pulled out the toy played with it, threw it back in the box and then stomped on it. How am I supposed to give this to my child?

Seriously disappointed!

This review is based on the seller, not the toy.   The toy was shoved into a flimsy envelope not a box. Because of this the package is destroyed.  This was meant to be a Christmas gift and it looks awful!  Im even doubting it really is a legit Scruff-a-luv!  
Its the only thing my daughter asked for for Christmas, so I will re-package it and give it to her and hope it works out.

Seller has no standards in shipping!
