Great piece of equipment with dynamic usage! A company I work for, Gymnazo in San Luis Obispo, uses Ab Dolly's for their community and it provides the opportunity to train your core 3-Dimensionally!

I used it at my Physical Therapist office and loved it.  It is a low impact exercise that helps build my core

It's the best ab workout for everything. Easy to start and continue. I discovered it at my training place and finally bought it for my own gym at my home. My boyfriend, who's a big man tried it and was impressed. I now have two of them.

Abs at their best.

I like this item. I'd used one previously at a gym, so I ordered one for home for myself and my kids to use. First, you're off of your back, so that engages your core and arms/shoulders, which is great, and it saves one from back pain, such as with a traditional "rocker" styled exerciser. Secondly, there is a lot of variety, range of motion, and options for the user to push and challenge herself. I recommend.

Bang for your buck

Ab Dolly came and the printed images and letters were somewhat pulled off during shipping due to the plastic sticking to them.  Other than how it looks, it works just like my other one.

I would otherwise have given it a 5 star but the pad on the Ab Dolly started coming unglued the first week.

granted I only used it once, i didn't feel enough burn. Don't think I ever will. I'm 32 not fit, but athletic. I do think this is the perfect equipment for beginners, obese, and old people. assembly takes seconds, just force the wheels in, done! comes with a video, it's about 7 mine. U'll only watch it once
