ALRhoads Durable and Attractive - Given that my two small children treat the kitchen like they’re outdoors anyway, I opted for a less fluffy outdoor rug for under our table (juice and fluffy rugs don’t mix, ask the small rug graveyard I’ve started in the basement). When it arrived, I was happy to see that while soft under our feet, it’s made of durable material and seemed to clean up easy. It vacuums up nicely too. The rug had a slight odor that disappeared after a day, and while it was a bit wavy after unrolling it (as the pictures will attest to), it has since flattened out completely. I think it looks fantastic in my kitchen and have received a lot of compliments on it. It goes well with my decor and draws your eye. It’s not the most neutral pattern I have in my house. Being that it is an outdoor rug, I’m not sure if I would use in more formal rooms of the house, but it works great in the kitchen. For the price, I couldn’t be more happy.
