The best heritage experience you can get in Surabaya. The original building and furniture are the best. All of the staff is also helpful and ready to help.

A well-maintained historic hotel. Might not be for everyone but I loved the vibes of the area and the staff were all truly wonderful and lovely. Lots of shops to check out and is very close to Tunjungan Plaza too.

I spent 2 nights here with a trip to bromo and ijen in between. Bella the front desk staff was very helpful and communicative via WhatsApp to inform me when early check in was available and helped to arrange for the spa despite it being initially unavailable. Highly recommend this hotel for a different experience from that in a typical chain. The interior is colonial style and the grounds are spacious and historical.
