It all starts with choosing the right wood and finishing it to perfection. Our most striking and colorful option, African Mahogany pieces are made from a blend of four Khaya species, with color tones running from a pale salmon to a golden-, orange- or reddish-brown. The grain is straight and regular, with a dark red-brown tone, and a natural iridescent effect. Because it is sourced from different species, there can be significant variation in the appearance and color of the wood itself.

Our process:

We hand select this kiln-dried African Mahogany lumber and custom arrange it to create a beautiful and elegant countertop that will be a perfect centerpiece to show off in your kitchen.

All of our countertops are made from full length strips of hardwood, which show off the wood’s beautiful continuous grain throughout the length of the countertop, and don’t rely on short pieces or blended style tops.

Because all of our products are made to order, you can choose between a variety of food-safe and food-grade finish options to suit your intended use.
