Frequently asked questions

1. Select the amount of Clubcard vouchers you want to exchange.
2. We'll will send you two emails within 30 minutes. Please note; this may take longer due to additional security checks.
3. The first email will be your Clubcard order confirmation. The second email will tell you how to redeem your NOW credit.
4. Click the link and either sign up as a new customer or sign in as an existing customer on nowtv.com, and the voucher credit value will be added to your NOW account automatically.
5. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase using your credit, any remaining balance will be taken from your credit/debit card.
6. Any unspent credit on your account will automatically be used when a monthly membership auto-renews.

Convert your NOW credit on nowtv.com. Converted Clubcard points will be displayed as credit in your NOW account. Credit can then be used to purchase any NOW products (excluding Broadband). If a purchase exceeds the amount of credit available on your account, the outstanding balance will be paid using your credit/debit card. Monthly memberships auto-renew at the standard price unless cancelled, and you can cancel at any time. In the event of a membership renewal, any available credit will be used first. Credit is non-transferrable and is stored on your account for 36 months (credit expiry date extends based on account activity).

Credit can’t be used if you are billed by anyone other than NOW (Vodafone is the exception where all passes can be purchased, excluding the NOW Entertainment Membership).
