We booked the family room for 4 with a group of friends. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional. There is a car park and a small garage. Since it was full we left the keys at the reception and they managed the rest. They didn't bothered us to move the car when somebody else wanted to move. Finding a hotel with car park is important in Dhermi, otherwise you have to park your car on the street or some private car parks but in both cases it will stay under the sun all day. They also had their own beach right in front of the hotel which is great but the sunbeds were very close to each other. If you want some more privacy you can walk for 10mins from the hotel to the end of the dhermi beach and you will find a beach with very few sunbeds and a lot of space between them.

The sea in Drymades Dhermi is magical.
The sea in Drymades Dhermi is magical. It is a beautiful colour and crystal clear.
There are still some nice spots at the end of the beach in the smaller coves.
The main strip is one large hotel complex after the next and the street dirty and full of rubbish.
There aren´t many shops or cafes.
The beach bars are noisy and charge for sunbeds.
There is alot of development under way.
Definately not my favourite spot in south Albania

Dhermi beach is physically lovely, the sea was gorgeous.
Dhermi beach is physically lovely, the sea was gorgeous. It was not too overcrowded. One issue and theme on the beach is bars blasting music all day long... not the chill vibe you want for daytime; however, you can chose quieter bars easily enough. Great buzz at night time, especially at the beach bars. You really need a car for Dhermi, getting buses to and from was tricky enough

Dhermi is just a village, mostly now hotels and restaurants and a few small shops. The road down from Tirana and south towards Greece is long, narrow, steep and twisty but take your time and enjoy the great views of the mountains and coast.

Dhermi Beach is an astonishing beach area in Albania.
Dhermi Beach is an astonishing beach area in Albania. There are actually many perles like Dhermi, but this one is gradually being developed with hotels and beach bars. It is located by the Ionian Sea and offers clear blue water. Waves breaking on the beach peacefully caresses you to sleep at night. If you want a relaxing beach vacation, Dhermi Beach is definitely a good choice.

The apartment is wonderful and so are the views.
The apartment is wonderful and so are the views. Within the old town the walks are peaceful. Dhermi is a very picturesque place. Beneath the apartment there is a very small shop for basic food & and drink and on the main road a restaurant within walking distance.
The ‘Mill Trail’ down to the beach is lovely and relatively easy..at the bottom there’s the beach. Combing the trail and beach (where there are plenty of good places to eat) is perfect. Ruth the host was very helpful with any questions
Mathilda is very welcoming, giving many helpful guidances / tips for travellers (even some beers in the fridge to enjoy the sunset on the terrace).
The room is clean, functional and the seaview is a clear asset of the appartments.
Not to mention that she applied the current rate Lek/euros for the payment, which is appreciated, as many other hotels just try to trick travellers on this topic.
In a nutshell : a nice and fair host with the most beautiful view of Palasa/dhermi.
Very attentive and helpful staff - nothing was ever too much to ask for and they made the switch between rooms super easy. Erisa, the cleaners, the front desk staff as well as the waiters were collectively accommodating and polite which made the stay here exceptional. Hotel had a fantastic breakfast and all the amenities you could possibly think off. As a frequent visitor of Dhermi, I have to say this is the best hotel I’ve been to, well done Elysium and staff.
Great location! Pretty far from everything else it really depends what you want to do in Dhermi. For this stay its best if you are always around the hotel since going somewhere requires a car, the roads are not done so its dirt road with huge holes! Food was okay as well considering everywhere is expensive in town, prices are the same. The beach is super close and your stay pays for the sun-beds, huge plus in Dhermi!
We had a great stay at Perivolos. Matteo was great and very helpful, always able to answer our questions and suggest things to do or places to eat. Our room was large, the beds and linens comfortable, and our balcony had a fantastic view of the ocean and beaches. The breakfast and other food at the hotel was very tasty. Would highly recommend staying at Perivolos to anyone looking to visit near Dhermi.
Hotel is amazing, very isolated from the crowdness, its excellant for the families with kids. The beach is just in front of the hotel with its own sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a restaurant with nice food, a little bit expensive in comparacy to the others in Dhermi, and it has own service on the beach, so it is perfect for real vacation when everything is close.
Awesome place. We stayed in the penthouse and it was incredible. Clean, spacious, fantastic bathrooms and the greatest view in probably the whole of Dhermi. Stunning. Gerti was one of the best hotel managers we have met, he took care of everything for us and was always on hand to help. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thanks, from Azeem, David and the Crew.
Dhori House was a perfect spot for me to stay at during the Kala Festival in Dhermi. The owner and his mum are incredibly kind and hospitable and very fast on responding. The room had everything I needed and was very clean and quiet (I had the mountain view, not see view). Very comfy bed and a big balcony.
The hotel is amazing overall. It has a beautiful pool and access to the beach. The breakfast buffet was satisfying and the restaurant for dinner is one of the most popular in the south of Albania. The staff was exceptional and manager made sure we were having a great experience.
Lovely staff, very helpful and kind! The hotel was quite new and our room looked tidy and clean. Pretty okay value for money. Plenty of parking spots available and supermarket nearby. Dhermi beach was in walking distance (although a pretty steep hill).
The hotel is very good. It's located outside the centre of Dhermi, in the middle of a mountain, which gives it a very pleasant view of the sea. The rooms are good and the swimming pool also seemed very pleasant, although I didn't use it.
Great location, quite secluded but amongst some restaurants. Fantastic rooftop pool & aesthetically pleasing restaurant at the hotel. Receptionist staff were incredible, always with a smile on their face and very helpful.
The room was clean and spacious with a great sea view. There is a road next to the hotel, but it was not disturbing. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Albania, everything freshly made.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good location, close to Dhermi beach.
Clean rooms, air conditioned.
Excellent breakfast, especially the fresh made coffee by the staff!
The hotel rooms/amenities are high end and the location is excellent. The restaurant is also very nice and overlooks the coastline, creating for an amazing atmosphere.
