Return/Exchange Policy

We create our products with love and care. If by any chance you are not satisfied with your purchase made at Natura stores, kiosks or website in the US and Canada, we can exchange, or issue credit:

  • For up to 30 days with valid proof of purchase.
  • For a cash refund, original cash receipt is required.
  • Returns after the 30 day period will be exchange only. Exchanges won't be accepted after 45 days of purchase.
  • Promotional and discounted purchases made at our stores are eligible for exchange only and must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with valid receipt. Exchange value will be equal to original purchase price.
  • Purchases made in conjunction with special offers like gift with purchase are only allowed to be returned only for store credit or other merchandise.
  • Gift card or store credit value earned as part of special offers will be deducted or canceled in the event the order is returned.
  • ONLINE PURCHASES

  • We will accept any full-sized product for a return (no exchanges), as long as it is at least 70% full and received within 30 days of initial purchase made at www.naturabrasil.com.
  • For return of products made online, contact customer services at help@naturabrasil.com, and provide order number, date of purchase, which item you wish to return, and if it has been used or not.
  • Once the eligibility of return is confirmed, our customer service team members will send you a return shipping label. Proceed with the shipment of the item with the label provided.
  • You will receive a refund once we get the products back to our warehouse.
  • Please note that the refund will be made on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges, and that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
  • Purchases of gift cards (physical or e-gift cards) and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Can NaturaBrasil ship to P.O. boxes?

    Yes, we can ship to US and Canada P.O. Boxes or US Military addresses, but some restrictions apply. Please check Shipping Methods and Rates section.


    Does Natura ship products internationally?

    Currently, the US operation of Natura only ships within the United States and Canada. Please take a look at other geographies where our products are available:

  • United States Shipping Methods and Rates

    Orders made at natura.com are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS.

    Please note that estimated delivery days apply to in stock items only.

    We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. But, for the most updated information about your shipment, please refer to the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Use the tracking number provided to follow your package online.

    Natura currently uses USPS for First Class Package, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express shipping services and UPS for Standard Shipping. Orders will be processed on business days only.

    Below are the shipping options available during checkout for your orders:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express
    With orders placed by 12pm Eastern Time, Priority Mail Express guarantees, with limited exceptions, overnight delivery available 365 days a year. This service offers a flat rate for up to 70 lbs.
  • USPS Priority Mail
    Orders placed by 12pm Eastern Time will ship within 1-3 Business Days. This service offers a flat rate for up to 70 lbs.
  • USPS First Class Package
    Orders placed by 12pm Eastern Time will ship within 1-3 Business Days.
  • UPS Standard Shipping
    Orders placed by 12pm Eastern Time will ship within 1-5 Business Days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on size, shape, and weight of your total purchase. Orders shipping within the US that are above $50 in value (pre-tax) are eligible for free shipping.

    All orders containing fragrances and select skincare items will ship UPS Ground for a higher fee due to their alcohol content.


    Canada shipping methods and rates

    Orders made at www. natura.com/en-ca are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). We partner with APC to ship our products to Canada, and our standard Canadian shipping carrier is CanadaPost. In some locations, Intelcom will be the local carrier.

    For Canada, please allow up to 4 business days for processing and tracking information and 9-13 for delivery once shipped. We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. But, for the most updated information about your shipment, please refer to the tracking number provided to you by APC via email. Use the tracking number provided to follow your package online at: https://www.apc-pli.com/apc-tracking-v2.html.

    Natura currently uses APC for flat rate Canadian shipping only. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Orders will be processed on business days only.

    Currently, we are only using standard shipping to Canada. Customer pays duties, taxes & import fees at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on the size, shape, weight, and product contents of your total purchase. All orders placed in Canada are in $CAD. There are no shipping restrictions on fragrances. Orders shipping to Canada that are above $160 CAD in value (pre-tax) are eligible for free shipping.
