I'm actually super impressed with these little spiders. I got two of them as a gift from my sister for Easter one year and they are a hit. I've had them for a little under 2 years now and my kids absolutely love them. They have been through the ringer too, I left them outside for literally 2ish years, no coming inside no changing of batteries, they've lived outside for 2 years. They recently died and I decided to purchase batteries and change them out thinking that they likely would be dead dead from the weather (I live on Northern Virginia) and they are still working.  I'm very impressed. They're very well made, they're adorable. My kids are not scared of them at all, they think they're so cute and they love them.  I would definitely purchase these for someone else because they're so cute and they work so well.

Was a Gift

My 5 year old grandson thought it was the best gift he got for his birthday.. not the big race car play set but this little guy stole the show. Even my 15 year old son stuck around to play. I will buy these for his friends and some family members for Christmas presents! Remember - it's about being loud! So as a grandma, it will be good to send this home with him.

With many to choose from it makes it great to give to boys and girls. They all have their own unique style and I really like that they are fuzzy. My kiddos really had a blast with this and they all range from the age of 2 years to 8 years old. I love that these Yellies are noise activated and the louder you yell or scream the faster they go! Or you can even have a very soft tone and they will go slow. This toy is great for the upcoming Holidays. Perfect for anyones toy list, it is a must have!

Amazing Toy!

I bought 5 different Yellies for my grandchildren—each one was cuter than the other. Definitely not scary! The kids had a blast with them!
They're not as big as I had expected, but it didn't matter. They worked well and moved along with any kind of sound (although the little girls really liked yelling! lol).

Now to the actual toy. It's a blast. You yell and he starts running around, and it actually does run faster or slower depending on your decibel levels. Needless to say it kept the kids busy for a bit. You'll just have to get used to the yelling while they're “playing”.

At first, it was all fun and games and everyone enjoyed it. After a few days, the screams were getting out of control. After a few weeks, my wife hid the toy. I guess that means it works! Its quite an interesting idea and actually works well. My youngest daughter was genuinely scared at first.

Drives Mom crazy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cute toy. Nothing special but a perfect stocking stuffer for my 3 year old. She would just giggle watching it squirm. Then she would giggle more as it kept squirming after iit heard her squirm. It was non stop fun. Not sure it really went faster or slower with the volume but it really didn't matter. It's not like a 3 year old could really tell.

Got one of these for my 2 year old, he loves it!  He calls it his Bug, and was afraid to pick it up at first, but got over that when he realized it was a toy! haha Reacts to any noises, so you really dont have to have your kid yelling at it all day to play with it.

This is a great toy to play with.   My son plays with it along with our cats.  The only issue we have it it is that it doesnt really follow the noise you make.

The little creature looks odd and does not look cute which I was hoping for.  My husband also didn't like the idea that the louder the kids yelled the more the toy would move.  My kids are young so I don't think it's a suitable toy for young children.  Perhaps might work for older kids.
