Is it just for one person? Does it have more than one application?

My brother and sister both are diabetic. My brother also has had three different forms of cancer. My mother died at age 45 from an apparent heart problem. I have a multitude of medical issues. Fortunately, I don't have diabetes or cancer. I'm 52 years old so hopefully my risk is low at this point in my life, but there are no guarantees.

My son did this. I did this and now my other son is going to do this. Absolutely awesome. We love it brought a lot of insight as to who we are and where we came from.

I was excited this went on sale for black Friday but now i wish i had waited because what i paid for the ancestry test is now what you can get the ancestry and health test for and this test is now $20 cheaper.

I enjoyed finding out my ancestry. I look forward to connecting with close and distant relatives. I found out some very interesting information about my ancestry. The process was a bit longer than I would have hoped, but I am happy to finally get my results.

Great purchase!

This was the worst customer service. I had to email the company because I wanted to return it. It's been 3 months and 2 emails and still haven't heard back. This is the worst customer service I ever had with Walmart. You should not sell this on site if you cannot return or get in touch with the company.

Never got my item and then when I called about it, I was told there was nothing that they could do which is $300 worth and I want my product or my refund one of the two

The worst service ever

I did not realize this was a third party seller. After I ordered it, my husband told me he would not use it so I didn't even open the package once received. I went to my local store, opened it in front of them and requested to re-return it for a refund. They told me then I would have to contact the third-party seller to request a postage slip to return it. I have contacted them now three times and customer service from Walmart once Additionally, and have not received any return communication whatsoever. The day after I returned, it is when 23andMe had a hack so this makes me even more adamant that I want refund. I'm getting ready to dispute this with my credit card since I have no other recourse. Completely unhappy customer!  it was not obvious when I purchased it off of the Walmart website that it was a third-party seller. It appeared the same as all the rest of my items which were provided by Walmart.

Got this for my dad for Christmas, we were all excited to find out our heritage, only to be disappointed.  They are constantly asking you to spend more money for different aspects of information, only to receive genetic information, that could apply to anyone.

Don't waste your money

I never got the, 23 and me, results.  I got the kit and I did what it told me to
do.  Then, I set it to the appropriate address.  Never heard back.

Didn't get the 23 and Me but was charged for it.

I ordered it as a gift, realizing the person had already purchased, I initiated a return request, which has resulted in no response! Not very happy with Walmart bc they said it's not there problem 3 party vendor! Thanks Walmart for putting that warning under listing.

Won't respond to return request.

I purchased the kit and I wasn't able to register the kit on the 23andme website because it was a fraudulent kit. I tried reaching the vendor and no response. 23andme confirmed the vendor isn't an authorized vendor. I can't request a refund from Walmart because it shows as it was never delivered but I did receive it. Don't purchase!
