Placing an order is simple. Browse our Valentine's Day bouquets, select your favourite, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also include a personal Valentine's message at no extra cost.

Yes, you can make changes to your order through My Account until the flowers are being prepared for delivery. For assistance, our Customer Delight team is here to help. All changes should be made at least 48 hours before the delivery date.

We send our Valentine's Flowers via Royal Mail's Tracked service for free next-day flowers by post, straight through the door with the other post if you choose one of our letterbox flower bouquets. We also send via DPD for when you want extra assurance that your Valentine’s present will arrive exactly when you want it to.

We prepare and post each bouquet soon after its flowers have been picked, so they arrive really fresh. And while each will have a slightly different vase life, we'd expect your bouquet to last for at least 7 days.

To keep your Valentine's Day flowers fresh and beautiful, place them in a clean vase with fresh water, trim the stems at an angle, and change the water every couple of days. Keep them in a cool spot away from direct sunlight so they stay fresh longer.
