Despite being small, the battery will last about five to six years in a product that has general usage.

To be honest the batteries do not last that long. My side view camera does not get much action about 4 to 6 motions a day. It shows to have a quarter life left, it's been a little less then a month.

How long do the batteries last? I know it depends on the amount of activation, but looking for a round about estimate....

Awesome!!! If you are technically challenged, you can still figure this out! For $200 you cant beat it! Well thst was the black friday price even for $300 still an awesome setup!!l  The quality of the photos/video is great! No complaints other than its not rechargeable.  Iâve included a photo of the arlo in action!

I love these cameras but the only thing I dislike is the fact they only record 9 seconds . It also took me a little messing around with them to get the brightness up on the cameras . Also be careful where you place them , they detect every motion in their view including a tree moving . A couple times have been woken up with a alert only for it to be a tree moving .

The black friday price of $150 dollars was  great but the cameras are only 720P, and some time's the video is not sharp enough but does the job for me.

In the picture it shows rechargeable battery, but it isn't. They come with 4 batteries each. That's a lot of batteries to buy.

Wri3now I give it 1 star because I bought this in November 2018.I didn't put it up because I new that I was selling my house but didn't no when.So to date I'm at the new house just set it up which was very easy.My concern as that I downloaded the app and was trying to research it on the Arlo netgear website and I can find anything about the model Model on the box is VMS333OW but I noticed that the base is a different model number it is VMB3500.Does anyone notice the same issue?My next step is to call Arlo netgear help desk.I will post a follow up review.

2 different model number's

Worked fine for a few months but now image on 2 out of 3 cameras is completely pixelated and useless.  This happened after a firmware update and Arlo is not offering any remedy.  Check out their website and community pages to see all of the complaints regarding this (as well as other complaints).  The company will mark the complaint "solved" but as you can see from the photo the problem has not been solved.

Buyer Beware

After calling tech support I found out that this particular model has a known "bug" and that the "fix" is going to take an indefinite amount of time.  It will not connect to your Arlo App or account.
