Maykke have the most excellent customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered this tub via Houzz and it arrived all intact swiftly without any issues. When my contractor open the box ready to install the tub he noticed a slight defective surface on the interior. I called Maykke directly and spoke to Trish in their customer service who was so helpful, friendly and gave me great advice on what to do. She suggested I take pictures and send them to Maykke to review my request for a replacement. I did and 2 hours later (!!!!!) I had received an email saying that my request for a replacement was agreed, that a new tub would be sent immediately within the week and that it would be personally inspected by a Maykke person. I am in awe of their service and their professionalism. So highly recommended!
