Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper Stir-in Paste is simply fresh Chili Peppers that have been conveniently washed and chopped for you, and packed into an easy squeezeable tube. Our Chili Peppers are picked when the essential oils are at their peak to maximize the fresh flavor, color and aroma.

Chili Pepper can be added at the beginning of your cooking to infuse the flavor throughout, or towards the end of cooking for a sharper flavor. Ideal for marinades, tacos, stir-frys and dressings.

Organic Chili Pepper, Organic Dextrose, Sea Salt, Sodium Lactate, Lactose (milk), Ascorbic Acid (to Protect Color And Flavor), Xanthan Gum.

Directions

Chili Pepper: Stir-in, Rub, Marinate. In cooking use 1 tbsp of paste to replace 1 tbsp of fresh chili pepper.
