Very well placed not far from the souks and main place but in quite area. The property is great and all the people working there amazing!

Riad Hikaya is a beautiful Riad, the décor is stunning and the indoor pool and loungers on the roof were very welcome after a long day walking in the town and around the souks. Wadia and his team are exceptional, he really went the extra mile to ensure all our expectations were met, from booking airport transfers to arranging a tour guide and booking restaurants for us. Nada always welcomed us on the roof for breakfast with a beautiful smile, the breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries and hot food if you desired - sets you up for the day. The Riad is about a 10-15 min walk from the main square but the walk up there is an experience in itself, you get the feeling of real Marrakesh. Highly recommend a stay at this place.

Perfect location, great ambiance of the traditional riad. You can relax straight away by having a breakfast at the rooftop or just lie down on one of the sunbeds. The staff were wonderful, friendly and always paying attention to us.

The staff were amazing. Very warm and friendly, always ready to accommodate our needs. The Riad itself was beautiful, so many details everywhere, alot of hard work went in to this place. Also loved the location, felt like real Marrakech, not overly touristy but still close enough to the main attractions. I would recommend to stay at this Riad for a trip to Marrakech!

From the moment we booked it was clear that Riad Hikaya was offering a special personalised service. From when we arrived and our home cooked meal (the best food we had during our stay in Marrakech), to the moment we left we were fully looked after by Bahija, AbdelGhafoor and Wadia (the manager). All the staff were very kind and attentive and keen to share tips about what to do and what to see. The Riad is well located, just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main Medina, and almost everything is within walking distance - thankfully you can drive upto this location, so late at night this was convenient (unlike other Riad's where you have to walk through weaving lanes (risking getting lost). The rooms are nicely appointed and if one is seeking a traditional stay, with lovely breakfasts and warm hospitality this is the place to be - I imagine in the summer it's even more special

In the marvellous Riad Hikaya we found a wonderful staff, incredibly professional, kind, humane, lovely people. Monsieur Wadia, Mademoiselle Nada, Madame Behija, the great Abdul and the other members of the staff were simply excellent in their kindness and warmth. They turned our stay at this beautiful Riad into a memorable experience. The rooms are extraordinarily beautiful, decorated in the typical Moroccan style. Every corner, every piece of furniture in this riad is unique and fantastic. The breakfasts are sooo delicious, a real pleasure as well as the dinners that we enjoyed with body, heart and mind on the terrace, immersed in the unforgettable atmosphere of Marrakesh. One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The hotel and our room was absolutely beautiful - the pool was the perfect temperature, the room had an amazing bath and incense, the bed was so comfy, and the air conditioning literally saved us from the heat. I've also never experienced such amazing customer service - when we arrived, we were welcomed by the manager with mint tea and cookies, told us the history of the riad, and gave us a map with recommendations for restaurants, site seeing, etc, and how much items should cost when haggling! He also upgraded our room! Nadia was so attentive and kind, and even got me a cake for my birthday!! We had amazing breakfasts there both days, and were given fresh fruit and cold water for our room. I never wanted to leave the hotel, it was like an oasis. We will definitely be staying again!
