it is quite simple really. take the 0.5 lead remove the eraser part and just drop it in

I have the Papermate Clear point 0.5 pencil.   How do you refill the pencil?  I have tried several time but with no success.  Please advise.

These are my kids' favorite pencils. They are comfortable, durable and have plenty of extra lead and erasers.

Favorite pencils

They're great. I'm out of school but wish i could go back, I'm weird like that. Well I thought about it and wish I had a parent that cared about my school life. Sorry that's not about the pencils. I used today they're great. Comes with lead so that was good.

I use preprinted shopping list,cleaning lists,etc.  these pencils are fine enough to use on my lists.

Daughter asked for the fancy pencil the popular kids had, she was delighted… over a pencil, 2 weeks in and she's still using it. Appreciate the extra erasers and lead

What she likes

Not much to say. They are mechanical pencils. They are light and fairly confortable tonwrite with. I am not a complete fan of the grip, but it gets the job done.

Pencil is good overall but material is cheap

I really wanted to love these pencils, especially since the package came with extra  graphite and erasers (thank you for that!). However, the lead/granite breaks easily and the structure is unstable and wobbles while writing.

Pencils work, somewhat

They are great pencils, but they are expensive!  Not necessarily Walmart's fault!

I bought these pencils in August cause I love this type of pencil but when I received it the actual pencil was a size .7 lead and the actual extra lead was .5

One of the pencils is missing the push button rendering it useless.
