Thank you for your question. Numbers for temperature and timer will be imprinted on the unit. Theses numbers will not be printed on the knobs. When cleaning the outside of this unit we do not recommend using abrasive cleaners. Wipe outside with a damp cloth.

NO, I just bought one and it is the same problem. I liked it well enough to buy another for my RV but haven't got it yet.

What model are you comparing it too? If you asking about the model shown in the photo next to your question then the answer is no. The numbers and indicator could be larger and easier to read. That is my only complaint about this toaster oven.

I just received this model on 9/19 and the knobs are a bit hard to read.

I&#39;ve owned my toaster oven for a year and five months.  Recently when cleaning the unit with a damp cloth (no cleaner applied) all the setting numbers rubbed off.  I have to refer to the manual for correct settings.

Is there an improvement in the newer models with the knobs as far as seeing the numbers?

I cooked a Lean Cuisine dinner & a french bread pizza and it worked perfect for me. I did not have to add more time. The boxes had instructions for a toaster over & I just followed it - worked great! Good luck!

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend cooking frozen dinners in this unit. Do not heat foods in plastic containers also do not totally enclose foods in aluminum foil. Foil can insulate foods and slow down heating. Keep one inch (2.5 cm) between food and heating element.

Can it cook frozen dinners, like a microwave ?

Not too long - about 30 inches from back of oven to plug. I hide the cord behind it when not in use.

I had a hard time keeping my old toaster oven clean - but this one has stayed clean and even when I did make a runny mess with caramels and cinnamon and sugar, the little bit that managed to get on the door was super easy to lift the door off and wash it. I love it!

Finally!

I like this toaster.  Had one just like it for nearly 7 years.  It's still operational except that it has an unsightly dent that was caused by my recent moved into a smaller apartment.  The purchase this time is just to have a flawless one.
