“…Nice home close to Boca Grande and Englewood beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and checkout process. Chairs, cart, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels were available. We also liked being able to park in the garage during the July heat. There is a lot of new home construction in the area but it was not disturbing to us at all. During our ten day stay we did not see anyone come to clean the pool. We did use the net daily to skim as there are several bugs in FL during the summer months. All that you need to bring is food, sunscreen, and bathiing suits. The location is close to several beaches with our favorites being Siesta Key and Boca Grande.
