I store mine in the garage because of it being electric.

No, the guide says not to store outdoors.  However, that&#39;s your personal choice.   Remove the electric probe and there are no electic components that are exposed.  The heating element is sealed.    The grill is cast aluminum and durable.  The lid would easily blow off.  It&#39;s not that heavy so just take it inside.

The grill should never be left outdoors during inclement weather or left outdoors, unattended, for long periods of time. Never leave the control probe outdoors when the grill is not being used.

No, this grill will not give fire flare ups.

No open flame, so I don&#39;t see how it would.  You only cook for a few minutes anyway.

The guide says hot dogs 3-4 min.; hamburger (5 oz) 16+ min (160&deg;chicken breast 20 min (165&deg;); salmon 6+ min (145&deg;).  Last nite&rsquo;s 10 oz steak cooked in 6 minutes total (150&deg; medium-rare). Note this will not provide for a flame-grilled taste and charred appearance, like a gas grill.

Fabulous easy to use Grill

I used this to cook some pork steaks. This thing was pretty easy to put together. We used it in the house on the base just to see how everything went together. The grill itself clips right on to the base so you don't have to worry about it coming off while cooking. The size of the grill is a nice size, not too small or not too big. Pork steaks came out very tasty. Cleaning this thing is easy, but what would be handy is if it came with a little plastic forked spatula to help clean out the grooves. But other than that I love this thing. My husband said that he will probably use this more than the BBQ grill because it takes less time to get all set up.

Love this thing

Bought it for the 4th of July. Not a fan of fire. Bbqed two ribs. Was initially afraid that it would not fit. I cut them in half and angled them. Next time I will soak the wood chips a shorter time to allow a more smokey flavor. Otherwise the ribs were tender and yummy. Sis made a fantastic dry rub. We basted it with root beer hard soda for 4hrs on 2.75 setting.

I got this grill for a bday gift this summer and I LOVE IT .... 5 min set up and if you're confussed about the set up just go to youtube ... i live in an apt and this is perfect ... and yes the lid gets very hot!

Love it!!! I bought this because I have a 2 tier enclosed deck and it makes it so convienent to just come out to my upper deck (right off the kitchen) to grill. I no longer have to go up and down to BBQ on a bigger gas grill for just my husband and I. It's very easy to clean as long as you spray it with a cooking spray. It grills evenly and big enough to grill a lot at once.
