I was disappointed when I received the Surface as the detachable keyboard isn't included.  I was lucky that my old keyboard fit.  Picture is not an accurate representation of item delivered.

Don't expect a keyboard.

I bought this Surface Pro 6 as a replacement for a notebook computer that died of old age. I was nervous about it since it was an open-box item. When I booted it up, I was even more nervous because the graphics seemed to be reversed. After unsuccessfully spending some time trying to trouble shoot the problem using the display settings, I searched online for information about the problem and discovered the correct setting (negative high contrast in the accessibility settings), and the display is now fine. The only complaint I have about the Surface 6 is that in spite of its small size (which is a plus), it is surprisingly heavy (not a plus). In terms of my satisfaction with Buydig, I would give it 3.5 stars, mainly because when I checked out, it appeared that I would get second-day delivery, but it was closer to 5 days. However, everything was well packed and the item did not look like it was in sound condition (other than the weird contrast setting. The price was extremely good, and I am glad overall that i purchased it.

Open-box Surface Pro 6

be fully aware that this is only for the screen. There is no keyboard or stylus. Total scam and misleading. Even when you get the box, there is a big note saying if you take off the shrink wrap, you will not be able to return. Obviously, they know there is a problem. Why didn't they just say "keyboard not included". 

Well I opened it and surprise surpise: no keyboard. I contacted Google and ship back to them. Let's see what will happen. If they don't accept the return, I am not sure who would be responsible. Google Express was very aplogetic for the misleading advertising. I hope they would resolve the issue.

BEWARE. Keyboard and stylus not included. DON"T BUY.
