A: Thank you for reaching out. Some Breyers products do contain Corn Syrup or High Fructose Corn Syrup, please consult the ingredient statements, it will be clearly listed. Corn Syrup and High Fructose Corn Syrup are natural sweeteners made from corn, and their makeup is very similar to table sugar and honey. This product doesn't contain Corn Syrup or High Fructose Corn Syrup. We hope this helps.

I have the misfortune of having very sensitive allergies to pesticides/Round-up and fertilizers and a long list of other things. This seems to be the only ice cream that I do not have a reaction to. I can verify this is the cleanest ice cream on the market.

Only ice cream I can find that doesn’t include my allergies like corn, peas, and crap like that . I wonder what the gum comes from but this ice cream doesn’t really bother me so I’ll keep buying

This "Natural Vanilla" ice cream doesn't even have vanilla in the ingredients list anymore. They should probably update the description on the Breyers site. It says, "Breyers® Natural Vanilla is made with fresh cream, sugar, milk, and Rainforest Alliance Certified vanilla beans." This is no longer true. It now has "gum" and "natural flavors" and zero vanilla beans. Yuck. :(

At 56 years of age, Breyers is my all time favorite icecream. The NATURAL vanilla is the best !!! My husband accidentally bought your homemade vanilla - and immediately I could tell I was eating the wrong icecream. We all have different taste buds - but I don't even know why you would offer other vanillas. This is my FAVORITE!!!

This was my favorite ice cream growing up. Why would you change up a classic? I bought this for Christmas to go with pie and immediately noticed the new flavor and texture. Breyers is no longer special with its simple ingredients. Full of “natural flavor”. Bring back the vanilla bean!

Used to be the best, but has too many fillers NOW. Breyer's Natural Vanilla (& Natural Peach) were a total addiction years ago. The Vanilla tasted like truly homemade ice cream. Now, they've added gums and fillers. Maybe it's to save money or maybe it's to cater to people who like "chewy" ice cream. If it's the latter, give them a French vanilla or some other variant. This should just have cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla... (and fresh peach pieces for Natural Peach).

Growing up the family would go for a ride on Sunday and stop at Howard Johnsons for an ice cream cone. I loved vanilla and my sister would always say, “there are 28 flavors and she only gets vanilla”. I’m 81 and I still choose vanilla.

Excellent Vanilla ice-cream. My little Yorkie dog had to take a pill each night. I would put the pill in a tiny bit of the Natural Vanilla Ice Cream and the pill would disappear! I eat this flavor as my favorite. I put the Natural Vanilla Ice Cream, a small amount of sugar-free, salt-free, gluten-free peanut butter, and a small amount of salt, into a class and add skim milk 3/4 of the way to the top. I stir this with a spoon and it is delicious. It is habit forming. Breyers Natural Vanilla is also Gluten-Free Ice Cream. Thank you for making your Gluten-Free Natural Vanilla so pure and tasty.

Breyers Natural Vanilla used to be my favorite ice cream. I once sent an email to Breyers to thank them for their use of simple ingredients and for avoiding stabilizers and emulsifiers, which I believe create an unpleasant mouthfeel in ice cream. However, I was deeply disappointed when Breyers changed the formula to include tara gum and replaced vanilla bean with "natural flavor." Seeing a recent commercial where Breyers proudly claims to use real vanilla beans and natural ingredients was exciting. They still assert, "Our Original Vanilla Ice Cream. The way vanilla should taste! Breyers® Natural Vanilla is made with fresh cream, sugar, milk, and Rainforest Alliance Certified vanilla beans." Feeling hopeful, I checked the ingredients list to see if I could enjoy Breyers again. Unfortunately, it still contains vegetable gum, and vanilla bean is no longer listed as an ingredient. I sincerely hope you will consider returning to the formula that made Breyers so special for so many of us.

Terrible. Totally goes against the original Breyers pledge of absolutely no gums, flavors or preservatives. There is no vanilla extract in this, only “natural flavors”. Fun fact, natural flavors can be almost identical to artificial flavors. There is also unfortunately gums added into the ice cream. The ice cream tastes like it’s pumped up with air.
