I used 3 packs in a row - I did not notice much difference (But there was no allergy either, which is also not bad, I felt that I was putting a brick in my beauty) I will not buy any more. No impact
This made no difference to my hair sadly - still thinning and very fine. Also the tablets smelt quite strongly (in my opinion) of fish. Wouldn't recommend sadly.

Waste of money
I bought this product having read many amazing reviews about this on Cult Beauty. Sadly for me, it did not work and actually made clumps of my hair fall out, which has never happened before. It was a very scary experience and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Works
I have really fine, damaged hair that was really getting to me and was very skeptical about whether or not these would work but I was ready to try anything. Been taking them for nearly three months and I would say they made my skin a bit more oily to begin with, but settled after a week or so and you have to persevere with them because the results don't show after a few weeks. I noticed a change in my hair after about 2 months, it's definitely healthier and my hairdresser said my hair was thicker and she didn't know I was taking them. Also my nails are quite strong now, they don't bend and break when they're long, I experienced the benefits in my nails quite a while before I noticed improvements in my hair. I would definitely recommend trying these.

This actually works
After having a bad haircut in which my hair looked so thin and using tape extensions for 8 months, I started this magic tablet once a day and I can assure you that my hair looks great after 3 approx. months of taking the tablets. My hair has become more voluminous and I am happy to get rid the tape extensions and enjoy my own hair :)

I took them for 3 months after my baby was born and I started shedding like a golden retriever. They worked magic and I have loads of new baby hairs now!

This works!
This does work, really well, but I did not see any visible results until I started my 2nd box, so be patient. My fair is naturally thin, straight, and it has a lot of damage, I'm now ordering box #4, this has made my hair thicker and my nails stronger, I use in combination with Briogeo scalp line, I love it. Worth every penny.

Satisfied, it works
It is the second time that I have started a 3-month course. It looks like I will be using it every time my hair loss begins. After the first month, there were hardly any hairs left on the brush or in bathroom, from the 2nd month new hairs started growing so fast that at times my head becomes itchy.

Not worth it
This did absolutely nothing. Also very poor quality of the tablets, no joy to use. If anything I felt my hair was more “straw like”. Not dry by any means but very unstructured. If you want something to help with volume, try the Inneov Volume tablets - just amazing! And I live the Briogeo Volume line. Best combination ever, so many compliments!
