Camper Forms
All camper medical forms and other forms will be available on the Parent Dashboard once we have received and processed an enrollment request either through our online registration system or by sending in the paper registration form. Upon processing enrollment requests, parents will be sent a Confirmation of Registration email with important information regarding any forms due and information about your camper’s stay at camp Hi-Rock. If you need any of the camper medical forms before registering for camp, please click the link for the Registration Packet including Camper Medical Forms contact the office at 413-528-1227 or info@camphirock.org. If your enrollment has been processed, please log in to the Parent Dashboard to access your account and any necessary forms.
For Day Campers:

YMCA Camp Hi-Rock is proud to be accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA), a community of camp professionals dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults through the camp experience.
