I’m not going to lie this was pretty bad. I added some garlic salt and cheese and cooked it longer than it called for to make it edible but I feel like that’s a lot to do for a lil $5-$6 tv dinner.

Not the best, not the worst. A solid frozen Mac n cheese that's reasonably healthy and not overly salty. I like eating it along side baked beans and steamed broccoli and tofu for a very filling meal. Overall I prefer boxed Mac n cheese because I hate plastic, but that is beside the point

I received a free sample of the Cauliflower Mac. It was delicious. I particularly liked the creamy sauce surrounding the Pasta shells. I added a few walnuts to add a bit of extra texture to the dish. Great.

The flavor was terrific. I loved the creaminess surrounding the pasta. I liked it a lot as did my niece who was visiting. There was enough sauce to cover each pasta shell. I sprinkled a few walnuts on top just for extra texture.

The vegan cheese in this frozen meal is very close in taste and texture to dairy cheese; it is a very good substitute. The macaroni was somehow both mushy and dry. The cauliflower was fine, although I didn't think it complemented the rest of the dish very well. This is a decent plant-based entree, but it could be improved. This was really delicious and I could hardly tell it was even cauliflower. I am always looking for ways to incorporate more vegetables into my diet and this is a great way to do that. It felt like comfort food for a day where you just want to treat yourself but don't want to eat something terrible.

It has a good ratio of noodles to cauliflower. The cheesy flavor is great, which can be a hit or miss when it comes to vegan cheese. I feel energized after eating it because it's a good portion size and doesn't have many heavy ingredients.
