Meerkats and Wildlife

Scouting for land to set up camp back in 1992, Ralph Bousfield accompanied by his father, the legendary explorer Jack Bousfield, and his former partner Catherine Raphaely, a NY-based stylist, suffered a plane crash on the same site previously sought by the pioneer in 1962. To honor the memory of Jack Bousfield this site was selected for the eponymous camp.

Guided game drives offer a chance to explore the 6,200 sq miles of Makgadikgadi Salt pans further to see rare desert species such as Brown Hyaena (third rarest carnivore in the world) and the Kalahari Lion. Ornithology enthusiasts will enjoy birding walks to seek migratory & resident bird species. Scenic Quadbiking with experienced guides through the lunar-like and mysterious fossil pans in the Great Kalahari basin. Thanks to a special, ongoing habituation program guests at Jack’s Camp can get up close with the captivating Meerkats.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
