The swimming pool area is wonderful and quiet. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is centrally located. The candlelight ceremony and apsara dance every night was unique

Great location, with a great staff members

Great hotel with a great team and very well located. Perfect place to stay to visit the temples and do some other day trip, with a great opportunity to relax after a long day. We went with our teenagers and they didn’t want to leave!

The Park Hyatt is a beautiful property with a lot of old world feel and luxury amenities. It’s fantastic value for American and European travelers looking for luxury and service. We had stellar meals at the hotel, swam in their lovely pool and enjoyed drinks and games at the bar. Last but not least, the rooms were cozy and well appointed. Loved the way connecting rooms have a mini foyer to connect them. Perfect for our family of 4. Overall one of the best properties we’ve stayed at.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Team knew me by name and really went out of their way to make this stay perfect. Jaydai was excellent. Love how the check-in person is so comfortable - they take you to the lounge area, bring you a welcome drink while they process you in. Very nice touch!

I have stayed at many luxury hotels in different parts of the world but Park Hyatt Siem Reap was possibly the best. I can’t say enough good things about it. Everything about the place is first class, the height of elegance and luxury: the restaurant, the pools, the spa, the rooms. The best part though is the service. Every single member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly and they do everything they can to ensure you have an amazing experience. Special thanks to the outstanding manager, Kouru, who treated us like family from the moment we arrived. It was an extremely pleasant and relaxing experience and we hope to return to this fantastic hotel some day. Andrew and Tara.

Staff, esp concierge , v willing to assist but attention to detail not 5 star - suggest all detail confirmed verbally 24 hours prior. Spa lovely and treatment was with therapist with awesome hands. Rooms nice but our window view of a warehouse with hanging laundry was not attractive or conducive to relaxation or local vibe - so our drapes were always shut. Pools clean and good atmosphere. Restaurants pleasant and food good — but skip the evenings with outdoor entertainment as impossible to have conversation. Gym tiny and overcrowded with 3 people.
