Dog-lovers are invited to dine with their canine companions this year at the Santa Paws Dinner! by Sainsbury’s pop-up, taking place from Friday 13th – Sunday 15th December. Visiting dogs will be able to dine on a feast complete with doting waiters, at the pop-up restaurant just off glittering Regent’s Street, London. 

On the menu will be tail wagging-worthy treats, including by Sainsbury’s Festive Dinner for Dogs, with flavour options including a lip-smacking mixture of turkey, carrots and sage, or chicken, duck and turkey. No Christmas feast is complete without dessert, so pooches will be also served by Sainsbury’s Mince Pies for Dogs, a delicious combination of cereals, yoghurt and dried fruit.

For those looking to ‘get pupped’, a professional doggy photographer will be on hand to help guests get that seasonal social media snap - with matching Christmas jumpers for owners and their dogs, it’ll make the perfect festive pawtrait! 

Owners attending the pop-up will be served up the delicious new range of Sainsbury's Christmas sandwiches, alongside a glass of fizz, so they too can dine alongside their dog.

Don’t have a dog to bring along? No need to worry, as Sainsbury’s will be hosting three sessions on the evening of Saturday 14th, where friendly dogs will be ready to welcome guests to join them for their Christmas dinner. 

For one owner and their dog, a ticket to the pop-up will cost just £5, with two owners and one dog costing £7.50 (the option to add an additional human will be available during the check out process). This includes entry to the pop-up for the 45-minute session, food for the dogs, a Christmas sandwich, and a glass of fizz for the owners. Tickets to attend the sessions without your own dog will cost £5 per person.

Sainsbury’s will be donating all proceeds from the pop-up to charity partner, Guide Dogs, as part of the supermarket's drive to ‘Help Brighten a Million Christmases’ this year.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:

- The Sainsbury’s Santa Paws event will take place on 13, 14 and 15 December 2019 at Hus Gallery.
- Entry is by pre-booking only. All sessions are subject to availability. There will be no session availability on the day.
- There are two types of ticket available:
- One dog and one human - £5 per ticket; or
- One dog and two humans - £7.50 per ticket
- Only one dog per booking. Multiple bookings are permitted but each booking (except a limited number of professional dog sessions where other dogs are not admitted) must include a dog. Maximum 10 dogs and 20 humans per session.
- There is a minimum age requirement of 6 years and over only. This restriction also applies to small babies.
- All minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and will be considered as an additional ticket holder.
- All adults are responsible for their children’s safety on site.
- When booking, please let us know if you need accessible seating so we can better meet your needs
- To purchase tickets, visit url from 25th November and select the consumers who don’t have dogs’ tickets required. All tickets are subject to an 8% booking fee (already included in the ticket price) which will be retained by Design by Night. All other proceeds will be donated to Sainsbury’s charity partner Guide Dogs UK (Charity number 209617).
- The name of each human and dog attendees must be provided at booking. Tickets are not transferrable and may not be sold or auctioned. The dog owner must attend or give authority to the attendee to accept these terms and conditions on their behalf.
- Tickets will be issued immediately after payment to the email address provided during booking. If you do not receive your ticket within 2 hours of booking please contact us (link). We’re sorry but it is not possible to amend your session after booking. If you’re unable to attend a booked session and wish to cancel it please contact us.
- Human guests attending the event are able to redeem a sandwich from the Sainsbury’s range as part of their ticket price. Wine and soft drinks will be provided. Our Think 25 policy applies and ID may be required. A full list of ingredients and allergens within each sandwich is available on the packaging. There will be vegan and gluten free options. If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please check the packaging before consuming. Please contact Hope&Glory PR at url with any concerns about allergies in advance of attending the pop-up.
- The portions of meals served to dogs during will vary in size depending on the size of the dog. The meal portions for most dogs will be sample sizes, rather than contributing as an entire meal towards their recommended daily food intake. Therefore, we recommend that your dog is fed as usual before or after your session, adjusting amounts as necessary to keep your dog in lean, active condition.
- Staff on site will check portion sizes with dog owners before the meal is served. It is the responsibility of the owner to make staff aware if their dog should be served smaller portion sizes.
- Dogs attending the event will be served the Sainsbury’s Festive Dinner for Dogs (suitable for adult dogs) and the Sainsbury’s Mince Pies for Dogs (suitable for adult dogs), including the below ingredients. If your dog has any sensitivities to these ingredients, please contact Hope&Glory PR ahead of attending the pop-up.

- By ticking this page, I confirm that my dog is up to date with their vaccinations.
- All sessions will last a maximum 45 minutes. Last admission is 25 minutes after the advertised start time and late arrivals will be refused admission. The session end time will not be extended for any reason. The venue will be cleaned between sessions.
- Guests are not to feed any dogs other than their own and are advised not to feed their dogs human food. They do so at their own risk.


Please note that dog owners are responsible for the behaviour of their dog and Sainsbury’s is not liable for any injury caused by or to dogs at the event as a result of a dog’s behaviour. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.


CONDUCT IN THE VENUE:

- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if our conditions of entry are not respected.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times
- Guests must not feed the dogs human food
- Guests must not handle other guests’ dogs without their permission
- We ask that all guests acknowledge, at time of booking, that they understand and accept that guests under the age of 6 years old will not be admitted
- There will only be access to toilet facilities in case of emergency. There is no disabled access to this. If you need the toilet when at the event, please speak to a member of staff who can direct you to a nearby toilet

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
