What comes with the spa? What else is needed?
The Okanagan comes with a hard top insulating cover, installed filter and kerbside delivery to a UK address. The Okanagan does not come with steps, chemicals, furniture seen in some of the photos or installation as standard.
Should the spa be turned off when not in use?
No. Canadian Spas are designed to be left on, at the desired temperature, all the time. The heavy duty insulation and thermal cover will keep the water hot with minimal energy consumption. This means the spa is always on and ready, whenever you are.
What type of foundation is required for the spa?
Your new spa needs a good solid foundation. The area your spa sits on must be able to support the spa, the water in it and those who use it. If the foundation is inadequate, it may shift or settle after the spa is in place, causing stress to the shell or components. Please refer to the spa owner’s manual for additional information.
Do I need any specialty wiring or plumbing?
No. The Okanagan can be plugged into any standard outdoor outlet capable of supply 13amps at the spa (peak draw). No additional wiring or plumbing is required.

Brilliant "little" hot tub.
I come from a tradition of log fired wooded hot tubs and the move to a "Jacuzzi" was not easy. Mostly I think they are horribly tacky. This is not something you can accuse this hot tub for being. The fact that it is "small" and plug and play make it a quick, easy and flexible option. Two people can easily move it, it is energy efficient and more than big enough for a normal family. You can buy a large hot tub for your friends or a sensible one for yourself. We did the latter. (PS! Friends come and use it all the time too)

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
