Dog Grass Shipping Policy

All orders including a DoggieLawn fresh patch grass or over $49 ship FREE within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or Canada.

DoggieLawn ships Monday - Friday (with the exception of our XL Local Grass farms). New orders placed before 5:30 PM EST (2:30 PM PST) will ship the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships!

If you ordered an XL Local Grass variety, your DoggieLawn will ship on Wednesday. New orders placed before 5:30 PM EST (2:30 PM PST) on Monday will ship the same week. Any orders placed after 5:30 PM EST (2:30 PM PST) on Monday will ship the following Wednesday. If you ordered a tray with your dog grass, it will ship separately and before your grass (either the same day you placed your order or the next business day). See your order confirmation email for more details on when your first grass order will ship.

If You Selected 2-Day Shipping: Your order will arrive in 2 BUSINESS days if ordered by 1PM PST Mon-Fri (FedEx Express does not deliver on weekends).Example: If your order is placed on Wednesday at 9AM PST, it should be delivered by Friday. If your order is placed on Friday at 3 PM PST, it should be delivered Wednesday.

If You Selected Overnight Shipping:Your order will arrive the next BUSINESS day if ordered by 1PM PST Mon-Fri (FedEx Express does not deliver on weekends).Example: If your dog grass order is placed on Wednesday at 9AM PST, it should be delivered by Thursday. If your order is placed on Friday at 3PM PST, it should be delivered Tuesday.

*Due to the unprecedented volumes that all carriers are experiencing, carriers cannot guarantee the above delivery times.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your dog grass pad order ships. Weather or holiday related disruptions may occur and interfere with harvesting grass and/or cause carrier related delivery issues. As such, although we do our best to ensure a timely, routine delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions.

For Damaged Items: Damaged product must be reported via email WITHIN 48 hours of delivery by the carrier and must be accompanied by a picture to allow us to file a claim.
