You should have a better return policy for these watches. I bought mine about a year ago and it has whacked out and not working anymore. i figured it would have lasted a little longer then that for the price that they are.

Nice step tracker
Tracking my steps was great, which is why I bought it. My only disappointment is that after 15 month, my fitbit stopped working.

Only lasts about a year
Overall, I really like fitbit watches. They are accurate on the sleep and step modes. The quality of it is where it lacks. This is the second time I buy a fitbit, and they only usually last no more than a year. I bought this of Aug 2020 and it's Sept 2021 and it's failing. The screen has lines across it and the battery life is pretty much done. The last one I bought was a gift and also only lasted a little over a year.

Junk to not buy old model anyway
Junk, should never have bought it. Yes it is an old model but it was new but it is not working. Had to unpair my old one to get this one going and now I don't have any as I can't see the screen on my old one and can't get the code to re pair it. At least it still worked!

Do Not Buy!!
Fitbit is garbage. Product stopped working after 3 months. I will NEVER buy another fitbit product again!!!

Stopped working
Battery does not hold a charge. Only had this a year and half. I tried restarting, cleaning, and charging overnight. In the garbage it goes.

Unable to replace band after 13 months, trash
The band broke after 13 months. Bought a replacement band (no problem) but one side will not detach/release from the watch. Called Fitbit and there's no service center anywhere. Watch works fine but I have to discard it because the latch is stuck.

Never buy Fitbit produces.
I will never buy a Fitbit again. The band has broken 3 times. The battery will die after a year and a half. There is no way to replace the battery. Unless you know how to soldier the wires. Thus this watch, is just one more thing that ends up in the landfill. What a wasteful company.
