I previously purchased a portable air conditioner from another retailer last year, needless to say it was a piece of junk from the moment I took it out of the box. From missing parts to it just burnt out in August so I was hesitant to make this purchase but boy I’m glad that I did. This unit blows out really cold air and I really like all the functions that it has. I’m very pleased thus far been using it for a few weeks now. I would give it a 10/10. And it was fairly easy to assemble.

Love this ac unit. Its way smaller than the one Im replacing it with but the old one was about ten years old so makes a difference in what they are able to do now with the size of the units with the same amount of btus. The ac was super simple to install and I recommend it to anyone with limited space, no regular window for a window ac or even an elderly person as once its together all you have to do is put it in the window and clos the window and its done. For me I have a sliding glass door in my bedroom so I had to get an adapter (from Amazon for about $50) totally worth it as now I have ice cold air in my bedroom and the fact that it does not take up a lot of space is impressive for how well it works. Must have for anyone with limited space or a slider in their bedroom like I have.

Fantastic product. Exceptional value. we have a 12x24ft living room and no closed door into kitchen. it keeps the room a chilli 64° where it would otherwise be well over 100° in that room. I would definitely buy it again.

Fantastic product

I was looking for an A/C unit for our bedroom. I can't use a window unit due to the fact our windows are vertical opening. I decided on this unit and couldn't be happier. It is perfect!

Very nice unit!

Great size keeps my daughters room very cool. Im glad I purchased it strongly recommend it. Easy to set up just make sure to by some foam strips so everything is sealed very well on the window.

So far this air conditioner is cooling my very large room perfectly. The air coming out is very cold, thank goodness because my house is a sweatbox. We have incasement windows but all we needed to do was get plexiglass and tada, perfect.

Ordered a free shipping protable AC two weeks ago. Received it in 5 days, a week earlier than promised!!! Have used the 5000 btu unit for a week. It works as described on the website. Recommend the product.

Excellent customer service

It came with the side of it coming apart and looked to be re-packaged. The styrofoam was even broken inside. It seems to work so at a discounted price I will give it a chance with the hotter weather arrival next weekend. The directions are worthless and you’re going to have to use some ingenuity to install it.
