Reviews & Ratings for Goal Zero Nomad 7 Plus Solar Panel
— 5 reviews — Page 1
Just had the Nomad 7 Plus up at 9000 ft. It took approx 4 hours to get a full charge of the battery while I was charging my cell phone at the same time.
Nice package, so far durable but a bit heavier than I would like. But it does the job in a very packable package!
I picked up the Nomad7+ before backpacking the Bechler Trail in Yellowstone. It worked flawlessly and I was able to recharge my phone which was my camera and GPS for the trip. I removed the kickstand to save weight and clipped it onto the outside of my pack. I learned that the "plus" version is a nice upgrade over the fabric one because I could charge my phone directly. The direct charge feature saved me from carrying an extra battery too.

If you have any of the Goal Zero products that require a charge in the outback then this will work either stationary or positioned on the upper area of your pack.
