When class starts we will review their background knowledge to see their understanding of the subject. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will need to be able to make ice cream in the baggies. While younger students may need some support, any help parents provide, must be done offscreen. During this class we will be using food items such as sugar, vanilla extract, ice, half and half, and rock salt. This is listed in case there are possible allergens such as dairy.
