Here in Massachusetts, we are celebrating Patriots Day - commemorating the battles of Lexington & Concord and the start of a revolution in 1775. Yesterday, Billie J. Farrell, the 77th Commanding Officer of USS Constitution, climbed up the towering pulpit as the keynote speaker and honoree at Old North Church & Historic Site 's "Lanterns and Luminaries" event.
