Advance tickets are available for purchase online through Ticketmaster at the links above, as well as in-person at the box office located on 6th Avenue at the corner of 50th Street. Tickets are available up to 1 hour prior to the start of the tour.

Please note, Radio City Music Hall is a cashless venue and the box office only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay. A reverse ATM, which converts cash into a debit card, is available for your convenience.

Adults: $33 at the Ticketmaster Box Offices at Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden or $41 when purchased online.

Children (12 & under), Students (with valid ID) and Seniors (65 and older): $29 at the Ticketmaster Box Offices at Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden or $38 when purchased online.

Tourist Passes & Partners

We accept the following pass partners. Please note we don’t accept advanced reservations for pass holders, but you can redeem your tourist pass on site at the Tour Entrance on 51st Street between 5th and 6th Avenues.

Your voucher must be exchanged in-person for a timed ticket. We recommend arriving within the first hour of operation for best availability.

The Radio City Music Hall Tour Experience entrance is located at 1260 6th Avenue (Avenue of the Americas), between W. 50th and W. 51st Streets. Please have your digital voucher on your phone ready to present to exchange for an admission ticket.
