My wife had just returned from a trip to San Francisco and a new appreciation for sourdough bread. I found this at the grocery store after my wife had tried and rejected every prepackaged sourdough as “just not as good as San Francisco makes it.” We LOVED the fresh baked bread and it was ready with absolutely no additional preparation in less than 20 minutes! Just heat the oven, open the package, put the loaf in the oven and wait. I know that sounds like it came from an infomercial but it’s the absolute truth. We ordered a case and, since it didn’t have to be frozen or refrigerated, it didn’t even take up space in our pantry.
I don’t write reviews often, and give five stars even less but this bread is easily the best thing I’ve ever bought on Amazon.
