I loved these as they stayed in my ears better than any other earphones. They had good sound, but honestly they all do. Within 9 months they were dead and couldn’t be charged again. That is with minimal use and not overcharging them ever. Very disappointed. I have cheap ones that have lasted for years! But they don’t stay in the ears which is why I tried these.

Not good for sauna room after work out.

I love it except it doesn’t go as loud as I want/thought it would be. If I’m not around a lot of people it works great but if wearing them to loud crowds I could still hear it and I don’t want that. Stays in my ears great though, wished there were NO WIRES as it says WIRELESS but it still isn’t, wraps around ur neck which I also don’t like especially with my long hair, it tangles and messes with my ear buds.

Bought first pair, within a yr and minimal use the battery quit working. They sent a replacement pair wich i was happy about but within 9 months, they too quit working. Wont turn on or charge. Company wants to charge me since Original warranty is up but neither pair even lasted a yr. What about quality and standing behind your product?! Just my experience but pretty dissatisfied

Horrible if you sweat

These are awesome if you don’t sweat.... but since they’re “sweatproof” they should be great... WRONG. I sweat a lot and have a hard time finding something that fits my at in general. Anytime i run, I’m constantly having to push them back in my ears.... and wipe them off since i guess the sweat makes them come out... super unhappy, apple pods seem to stay in better and DONT come out unlike these...

I bought these Beats over a year ago. I read through several reviews and they are not my experience. I love my Beats. I would have rated them with five stars but the parts that go around your ears broke off. Other than that, they sound great and they are very durable. I accidentally ran over my Beats with my office chair at work. I thought that they were goners. Eight months later they still work as well as when I bought them. I LOVE my Beats!

These sound better than any other I've tried and customer service is AMAZING when needed. I have gone through 5 pairs of these and my latest pair lasted almost 1 year. My first pair bought brand new and last only 3 months before they stopped charging. Customer service is great in handling issues and getting replacements to you within a weeks time. I have found that the best way to charge these is to use the short charging cable that came with them and plug them into my laptops USB port. I continue to but these just foer sound quality but reliability is not great.

I use these paired to my Apple Watch 5-6 days a week when I workout. I workout for about a hour to hour and a half per day... Perfect for someone with a active lifestyle.... durability has been amazing considering the wear and tear for a year.

I run with these in, and that's saying something because they maintain their sound throughout my exercise. I also lift weights and never have a problem while getting after it.

I have a Pixel and an iPhone. My Bose Soundsport connected to both devices and I could answer whatever phone was ringing at the time. Is the same possible with this headset?

I have a Bose Soundsport headset that connects to two phones at once so regardless of which phone is ringing I can take the call on the headset. Does this headset pair with two devices at once?

I purchase Powerbeats3 in September when I got my iphone8. Today in the middle of my run, they stopped working. I thought the battery had just run out. However, it will not charge..no light or anything. Any suggestions? I plan on bringing it back tomorrow

I had the exact same thing happen last week. I bought mine in September. Apple is replacing them this week. You can chat with support on the beats site and give them your s/n and they will get them replaced for you.
